Returns Policy.

Every order is checked by one of our experienced team members to ensure the products you’ve chosen are suitably matched and correctly packed. However, if you’re worried you may have made the wrong choice, don’t stress. With our no fuss 14 day return policy, you can send the goods back to us.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Product

If you have changed your mind or have purchased the incorrect product, and the box is still unopened, with the product in its original state, a refund or exchange can be given, but is subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Faults/Failures

You are entitled to an exchange or refund for a major failure as a result of a manufactures fault, at the time of installation only. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund.

Exchanges

Before any exchange can be made, we require the original product to be returned to our branch (address mentioned below), for inspection, prior to shipping a replacement product.

Non-Standard Products

We are unable to refund non-standard or custom products that are ordered or manufactured on your behalf. Please ensure your measurements or product codes are correct prior to ordering.    

Return Procedure

  1. Please fill in the form below or contact us directly. 
  2. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging on return, and accompanied with the packing slip or invoice.
  3. All products must be returned to the following address: 5 Weatherburn Way, Kardinya, Western Australia, 6163
  4. Kindly advise us of the tracking number once you have shipped the goods you are returning. Please note: any return shipping costs are for your expense.
  5. Once we receive the goods, warehouse will inspect will assess them (if faulty) or inspect them to ensure they are in their original state and not damaged (if they are to be refunded or exchanged). If the return inspection is successful, your refund will be processed.
  6. We try to process refunds as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 10 working days to process any refund from the time the returned goods arrive back at our warehouse.
  7. If there are any issues regarding the returned goods, you will be notified.
  8. All refunds are refunded to the original purchase method/card.
  9. Shipping costs are non-refundable and refunds are given on products only.
